Statutory director responsibilities, regulated professional work, legal advice, audit opinions and employer obligations must remain with appropriately authorised parties.
Use milestones for building the permanent team
A full office may become justified when revenue, pipeline, customer service needs, staffing volume or regulatory requirements reach defined thresholds.
